The elegant hotel in the movie "Pretty Woman" starring Richard Gere and Julia Roberts was the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel. The luxurious and spacious suite where most of the hotel scenes were filmed was one of the hotel's two Presidential Suites. This classic 395-room landmark property enjoys a rich history as one of Beverly Hills finest hotels. The hotel completed a $100 million renovation in 1989 and a $35 million renovation in 1998.

The Beverly Wilshire Hotel has 395 rooms including 120 suites. Each guest room features a large Italian tile and marble bathroom with a separate shower and deep soaking tub. Room amenities include three telephones, hair dryer, makeup/shaving mirror, terry cloth bathrobes, mini-bar, both foam and down pillows, silk hangers, hand and body lotion, cotton balls and swabs. Complimentary fax machines and CD players are available upon request.

Beverly Wilshire Hotel Suites

The Beverly Wilshire Hotel has 120 suites ranging in size from the 700 square foot Regent Suite to the 5,000 square foot Penthouse Suite. The hotel's two presidential-caliber suites include the Penthouse Suite and the Presidential Suite. The Penthouse Suite, located on the top floor of the Beverly Wing, has three bedrooms, living room, dining room, pantry and four bathrooms. The suite also has a wrap-around balcony on three sides and floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent skyline and mountain views. The Presidential Suite is located in the Wilshire Wing and has two bedrooms, living room, den, library, dining room, pantry, three bathrooms, a grand entrance foyer and hardwood floors. The Presidential Suite has views of Beverly Hills directly overlooking Rodeo Drive.

Beverly Wilshire Hotel Dining

The Dining Room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features California-style cuisine including vegetarian dishes, seafood, and other decadent favorites such as foie gras, leg of lamb, and of course... Beluga caviar. Soft piano music is played during dinner and live entertainment with dancing is offered Friday and Saturday evenings. Jackets are requested during dinner. The Lobby Lounge has an elegant bistro atmosphere and serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The Bar serves cocktails, a variety of wines and champagnes by the glass and offers complimentary hors d'oeuvres Monday through Friday 5pm to 7pm. Jazz piano is featured most evenings.
